- I do not believe (and for good reason), de Cherisey created the large parchment. I am of the opinion that he received or copied the allready completed document and possibly also received a portion of the code for unlocking it. De Sede/Plantards book was just a ploy to try and gain access to the rest of the codes needed to complete the task.

Why is so hard for you to understand that TAXES are assessed against REAL property and that LOANS/MORTGAGES are only granted if SECURED by REAL ASSETS, it is one way of LIQUIDATING a portion of your WEALTH.
