I can only tell you what happened. It was a very atmospheric morning..had been thundering from 8am on....very electrical atmosphere..those who favour the theory of earth energy lines/ley lines having religious buildings perched upon them would say that if you combined the electrical energy about at the time with the ley energy, then all things could be possible to manifest if just for the briefest of seconds..note, I have never said they are 'alien spacecraft', simply ufo's..precisely that..unidentified flying objects...what picked up on film - and I was simply taking angled shots of the Cathedral - must have shown but for the briefest of seconds..there was no opportunity to take further pixs as they had came/went almost in the same second, then nothing in the sky. Any attempts at enlargements have been the efforts of kind ufo enthusiasts that I had posted the pix onto....I'm left, like yourself, to take a look and wonder what I'm seeing. I note no enlargements, as of yet, have been made of the 'bright lights' ufo's..only the rounded and disc shaped one.( The bright lights pic where taken first)
Alright. It doesn't appear that you intentionally faked the picture. Of course, it is unlikely that the date had any connection with the sighting, just a coincidence. Most people don't point a camera up toward the sky so they would miss a momentary appearance of a UFO. You just happened to be taking an upward shot of the tower of the church so you were looking up at the right time. The enlargement does look like other shots of UFOs I have seen. Nice catch, Callum. Even if your Lincoln church code thing doesn't pan out, at least you got what is probably a once in a lifetime UFO photo.
